Initial Dahlia Tuber Order for 2026 - November 2025

Just a few days ago, I posted about how FOMO was arriving when it comes to Dahlia tubers around here.    In the course of doing the research from tuber sellers, I found a sale that was on-going.  That had...some dahlias that I couldn't resist clicking the 'add to cart' button.  Here's what I bought from Bonny Blooms:

Some of these were 'planned'.  Others were....impulse buys.

Bells Palermo Dahlia Via Bonny Blooms

Bells Palermo.  This one was more expensive than I'm used to, so I bought just one (a mistake, I know).  It is also taller than I prefer.  But, I bought it anway.  Here's what Bonny Blooms has to say about it:

Crichton Honey.  This is the 'fall in love with dahlias, dahlia', right?  I haven't grown it, but I bought two tubers.

Peaches-N-Cream.  I bought two tubers.  Here's what Bonny Blooms has to say about it:

Peaches-N-Cream is a showstopper of a dahlia and one of the most sought after varieties available. Soft, creamy pinks and peach highlights are the things that dahlia dreams are made of. Although this is technically a formal decorative bloom, she takes on a wild look as she blooms out, particularly at the back. She blooms early and churns out jaw dropping blooms all season long.

Brown Sugar Dahlia via Bonny Blooms

Brown Sugar.  I also bought two of these.  All Bonny Blooms had to say about this one is:

The color on this dahlia is wild.

With that first order of seven new tubers in the books, now I have to go figure out where to put them all.
